A warm hello! My name is Lavlet Forde and I am Therapist (Registered Psychotherapist), Wellness Educator and a Writer.
I have been working in the counselling field for the past 14 years. I have counselled: children, adults, families, couples and adolescents.

In 2017 – 2018 I took a one year sabbatical and created a wellness program for a post-secondary institution located in the GTA.
For the past 5 years I have facilitated workshops on Self-Care and Compassion Fatigue and have facilitated several mindfulness groups.
